Lama Badawi is a Luxury Haute Couture Label that was founded on August 2016. Our vision is to sell fashionable, exclusive, artistic, and unique designs to females based on exclusive orders. Expansion plans include building a high-end fashion brand name by launching a new themed collection of haute couture and cocktail dresses to the market and displaying them in a high-end department store.
It is based in Doha, dedicated to creating clothing that is “made for you”. The brand designs custom couture dresses made to suit the measurements, proportions, and personal needs of the individual client.
Elegant and unique, Lama Badawi uses luxury fabrics from Italy and France. Pure silk or touches of lavish architectural aspects all compliment the sophisticated and highly crafted details abound.
The Designer
To be up to date or in line with the fashion industry, she attended courses for fashion design and dressmaking daywear and evening wear at Virginia Commonwealth University.
She also took private personalized lessons with professional instructors in the industry such as pattern making and sewing.
